The ReelHeART International Film Festival, Toronto, today jointly awarded the Best Film Award in the ReelTube category to Pat Kelman’s Filmaka shorts FRANCIS, THE LETTER GAME and ELEPHANT BOY.
The ReelTube category was added to the Festival lineup this year for films made specifically for the internet.

Pat Kelman’s film “Francis” has been awarded the Special Jury Prize in the “Truth or Dare” competition on Filmaka.com. He will compete against the other qualifiers in the Final round, due to take place in three months’ time.
