Pat Kelman announced as a finalist in 2009 Filmaka Feature Competiton

Pat Kelman’s film “Francis” has been awarded the Special Jury Prize in the “Truth or Dare” competition on Filmaka.com. He will compete against the other qualifiers in the Final round, due to take place in three months’ time.
